Eligible Cases for Exchange & Return
- You may cancel your purchase (withdraw from the contract) within 15 days from the date of receipt.
- If the delivered product differs from what was advertised or described, exchanges or returns are possible within 3 months from the date of receipt or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.
Cases Where Exchange & Return Are Not Accepted
- If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s responsibility
- If the product value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption
(e.g., product has been used, packaging or components are damaged, or cosmetics have been opened)
- If the product value has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult
- If the product has been used by connecting it to a power source
- If the packaging of reproducible products has been damaged
- If the product is custom-made according to the customer’s order
- If return/exchange collection is delayed due to customer circumstances
- Price changes due to manufacturer circumstances (e.g., new model release, component cost changes) do not qualify for refunds or compensation
